MS Tech System ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Taka Track mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.

By downloading and using Taka Track, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Mobile Phone Number & Authentication: To provide secure account synchronization, the App uses a custom authentication system. When you create an account, we collect and store your Mobile Phone Number and password. We DO NOT collect or require Email Addresses for login or account profile creation.
Financial & Transaction Data: The App allows you to manually input financial transactions, including income sources, expenses, budgets, and savings tracking. This data is securely stored and synchronized via our dedicated and private database server.

B. Usage Data & Device Information

We may also collect information that your device sends whenever you visit or use our App, including your device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our service, the time and date of your use of the service, and other statistics.

3. Data Security

The security of your financial and personal data is highly important to us. All user passwords are securely hashed on our live server using industry-standard BCRYPT encryption before being stored in our database. Data is transmitted securely over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

4. User Rights and Data Deletion

We believe in full transparency. Users have the complete right to request the deletion of their personal and financial data. You can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated database records by filling out our official form: Account Deletion Request Form.

5. Children's Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
